Visa and Employment
Recently, the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong SAR Government has special immigration arrangements for non-local graduates. Click here to find out more.

Learning Cantonese
If you are planning to take up employment in Hong Kong upon your graduation, you are strongly advised to make use of your time at HKUST to learn Cantonese. The Center for Language Education offers a variety of Cantonese courses. You can also improve your Cantonese by participating in activities organized by the Language Commons.
