Healthy Eating

What we eat influences our study, work, play, psychological status and health. It is important for us to adopt healthy eating habits for health and well-being.

Students who need advice on eating and nutrition issues are encouraged to contact the Healthy Lifestyle Course Advisors at the Student Affairs Office. The Advisor will advise and coordinate with relevant organizations and experts to assist individuals as appropriate. Dieticians will be consulted if and when necessary. All personal information will be kept confidential.
