The Roy To Community Service Award
The Roy To Community Service Award was established in June 2008 in memory of Mr. Roy To, an HKUST graduate who passed away in a traffic accident during a service trip to Inner Mongolia organized by the World Emergency Relief.
The Alumni Endowment Fund (AEF) Community Service Award
Launched in March 2012, the Alumni Endowment Fund (AEF) has received immense support from our alumni. A group of alumni who had rewarding experiences in servicing fellow students, the University and/or the community during their student lives would like to encourage more students to get involved and care about society and the people around them. Therefore, they have made donations to the AEF and wish to utlize the interest income from the fund to recognize students who have demonstrated strong commitment and leadership in volunteer services and have made significant contributions to the community with proven track records.
