Disclaimer

For drop-in and enquiries via email and phone call during office hours, please do not assume immediate counseling appointment could be arranged. Our Counselor will assess your needs and make appropriate arrangement for you.

When a student has an imminent risk to hurt himself / herself or others, the most effective emergency service is the 24-hour emergency services (i.e., calling for police, calling the ambulance, or taking the student to nearest hospital). If you have some urgent needs during non-office hours, please refer to the helplines mentioned above.
