  It is always beneficial to know more about both your psychological and physical condition using self-assessment tools. There are many simplified version of psychological tests available online for your easy access.
 

5-minute Mood and Stress Assessment (DASS) ( English / Chinese ):
A user-friendly psychological test available for evaluation and screening of emotional problems such as anxiety, depression and stress reactions

  Quick Self Screening Test for Early Psychosis ( English / Chinese ):
A set of 12-questions test to check if the thoughts, emotions and feelings of oneself is suffering from early psychosis
 

Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D)
( English / Chinese ):
A set of 20-questions quick self-test measuring a person's depressive feelings and behaviours during the past week, allowing him/her to detect his/her depression quotient

 

Eating Attitude Test (EAT-26) ( English / Chinese ):
A widely used standardized self-report measure of symptoms and concerns characteristic of eating disorder that help you determine if you have an eating disorder that needs professional attention.
