Course Description

The Healthy Lifestyle Course (HLTH1010) is a compulsory, one-year course for all undergraduates to learn how to maintain a well-balanced and healthy lifestyle that will help them to effectively manage their life, learning and work.

In fulfillment of the course requirements, students are required to obtain a PASS in each of the 5 modules and accumulate a total of at least 45 course hours in the academic year. Students will complete at least 45 hours of activities including talks on wellness and personal management; use of campus recreational facilities; workshops on sports, mental health and aesthetics as well as taking part in volunteer work such as organizing sports activities and participating in community service.

Students with special personal reasons may seek exemption from the Director of Student Affairs.
